Hammersmith and Fulham seem to need the highest salaries on patch, with a whopping £114,600 needed to buy a home.

Croydon sits in at the lowest – yet still at a costly price, with salaries in need averaging at £72,800.

Here, we can reveal the figures for Croydon, Epsom and Ewell, Hammersmith and Fulham, Kingston Upon Thames and Sutton – according to Zoopla.
